A FORMER Rhyl nightclub could be converted into apartments.
Imran Khan of Sample Asset Investment Ltd has applied to Denbighshire County Council, seeking planning permission for a change of use of Sand Beach on East Parade.
The plans include alterations to the former nightclub to convert the building into four self-contained apartments.
