Concerns at homes plan for field

RESIDENTS living in a Rhyl hamlet fear a construction company’s plans to build on a farming field will spoil their views, cause traffic issues and ruin the historical setting.
-
Residents of Rhydwen Farm Mews, nine cottages on the edge of the seaside town, are opposing Anwyl Construction’s proposals for the agricultural field.
The field is currently listed as a candidate for construction included in Denbighshire Council's latest Local Development Plan (LDP). The “deposit plan” is being developed in line with latest national policies for the Replacement LDP 2018 to 2033.
But the neighbours have formed a residents’ group - Rhydwen Farm Management Group - and are opposing the plans.
