Anger as N.Wales DIY SOS project struck by theft

AN appeal was made by hit BBC show DIY SOS after items were stolen from the house they are renovating in Llanberis.

The team have been in the Eryri village for their latest life-changing project.

The team had previously made an appeal for trades people and volunteers to chip in to support Nick Knowles and the team help a local family.

This past weekend saw a big push to get the redevelopment done with a programme on the transformation due to be released at a later date. But they were hit overnight after thieves struck.

Noah McIntyre, who is part of the production team, posted on social media: "Unfortunately we've had some items stolen up at the house overnight. We have had mixers, wheelbarrows and lights taken.
