KZN on a mission to net R95bn investment at 2025 conference

FOLLOWING last year’s R85.2 billion in pledges, the 2025 KZN Investment Conference has set itself a target of R95bn for this year’s edition.

This is the message by MEC for Economic Development Reverand Musa Zondi, who announced that the province's 2025 investment conference will take place from October 22 to 24 at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre (ICC) in Durban.

Zondi, at a media briefing in Sandton yesterday, said next month’s conference aimed to attract R95bn, with the province committed to creating an environment for business to thrive.

The conference has become the province's flagship investment gathering, facilitated by Trade and Investment KwaZulu-Natal on behalf of the provincial government, with the province now regarded as one of the country’s most influential economic platforms.
