Extradition details sought by Ndimande brothers in high-profile AKA murder case

THE two Ndimande brothers, who were recently brought back to South Africa for the murders of Kiernan "AKA" Forbes and Tebello "Tibz" Motsoane, have requested information regarding their extradition.

This was heard by the Durban Magistrate's Court on Tuesday, where the brothers, Siyabonga Gezani and Malusi Dave, made another appearance.
After abandoning their attempt to stay in Eswatini at the end of October, the brothers were formally charged upon their arrival at King Shaka International Airport earlier this month.
They were arrested in 2024 by the Royal Eswatini Police Service in Mbabane at a house they were renting.
Forbes and Motsoane were shot dead outside Wish Restaurant on Durban's Florida Road in February 2023.
