Founded by Aldo Botha on June 1, 2000, A-Z Motor Vehicle Assessors has built a trusted reputation as a leading specialist in motor assessment services. With more than two decades of industry insight, A-Z Assessors expertly assesses medium and heavy commercial vehicles, light motor vehicles, forklifts (hysters), as well as plant and construction equipment (yellow metal). It proudly serves all major insurance companies, underwriters and brokers across South Africa.

The motor assessing company is led by two directors. Banu Mohun is the managing director responsible for the operational functioning of the business and Botha is the technical claims director responsible for the daily motor vehicle assessments.

The company is registered with the Vehicle Damage Qualification Body of South Africa, with Botha having completed the Recognition of Prior Learning Programme (RPL) and obtained the industry status of Certified Professional Vehicle Damage Quantifier.
