KING Charles has reiterated the nation’s commitment to Ukraine, declaring: ‘We stand with you.”

The monarch spoke of his hopes for a lasting peace that safeguards its “security, sovereignty and prosperity”.

Charles's written comments marked the first anniversary of the 100-Year Partnership between the UK and Ukraine, ahead of the fourth anniversary of Russias invasion in late February.

Deputy PM David Lammy has travelled to Ukraine to attend a forum of the partnership, where they will discuss future cooperation between the two nations, according to reports,
