EastEnder Natalie Cassidy on her workout film regret
NATALIE Cassidy has admitted she regrets making fitness DVDs, as these days her weight does not seem that important.
The former EastEnders actor, now a podcast host, fronted workout DVD Then & Now in December 2007.
She told viewers she had lost 2st 7lb thanks to the exercises she was shown doing on screen, and made a followup, The Perfect Ten, in 2013.
But looking back, she says: "The DVD wasn't a good move for me. I did it for the money."
