KEIR Starmer has condemned as "shocking" the behaviour of racist and violent police officers who called for immigrants to be shot.

Met officers were secretly filmed dismissing rape victims and bragging about assaulting suspects.

Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley has promised a fresh drive to root out rotten officers.
