Abbey Clancy: 'He steals my shampoo & the girls nick my clothes'

- BY SHELLEY SPADONI

Our life is total chaos... but it works

Abbey Clancy chuckles as she describes her “chaotic’ home life, telling how she has her work cut out trying to stop her daughters nicking her clothes and her football hero husband Peter Crouch taking her shampoo.

He does have lovely, shiny hair - and now we know why.

Abbey, 39, says: “He's an absolute nightmare. I buy myself a special shampoo that costs a fortune for dyed blonde hair and he's finished it after two washes. The cheek.”

The couple have four kids - Sophia, 14, Liberty, nine, Johnny, seven, and Jack, five.

Unfortunately, Sophia and Liberty have inherited their mum's love of fashion - which, much like their dad, makes them a total menace.

imageAbbey says: “My kids take everything from me. My lip gloss disappears. My new Miu Miu boots that I've just bought now live in Sophia's wardrobe. She steals everything. She's got a good eye, I have to say.

“I've still got all my Isabel Marant stuff from years ago and she's wearing it all now. Boho chic is back.”

The model, presenter and podcast host says she and Peter have distinct parenting roles, explaining: “Pete's good cop and I'm bad cop. I'm the one going, ‘Do your homework, eat your veg,’ and Pete's like, ‘Let's play, kids’, which can be annoying. But... it works.
