More weight lost with big doses

WEIGHT loss jabs given at high doses helped some patients to lose a quarter of their body mass.
Two trials compared the recommended weekly 2.4mg dose of the appetite suppressant semaglutide, available under the brand name Wegovy, with a higher dose of 7.2mg.
