As Richard Blackwood becomes a team captain, he’s ready for some friendly banter with his Sorry I Didn’t Know rivals
Richard Blackwood made such an impression when he appeared as a guest on ITV's Sorry I Didn't Know that he's now returning as one of the team captains - and he couldn't be more thrilled.
"It seems I did pretty well," says the star with a grin.
The comedy panel series, which playfully explores Black history through trivia questions and famous quotes is back for its sixth series. But this time, there's a shakeup at the top, with Chizzy Akudolu taking over hosting duties from regular presenter Jimmy Akingbola, who's filming Bel-Air in LA.
In this season's opening episode, Richard teams up with Enola Holmes star Susan Wokoma and comedian Dinesh Nathan to face off against fellow captain Eddie Kadi and comedians Stephen Bailey and Ola Labib. Other familiar faces pop up throughout the series, including Humza Arshad, Suzi Ruffell, Remi Burgz and Eshaan Akbar, making for a lively mix of comedy and commentary.
