Dad who was too fat to fit in car loses 20st and does triathlons
A DAD who used to struggle to get in and out of his car has shed around half of his body weight and become a triathlete.
James Baker, 38, weighed 38st and wore size XXXXXXL clothes.
He took up exercise and healthy eating after gastric sleeve surgery in 2022 and can finally get behind the wheel of his beloved Vauxhall Astra.
The IT consultant has gone on to complete six Olympic-distance triathlons and three marathons.
