Donnelly is swapping Saturday night takeaways for a gym kit to keep his new year's resolution to get fit.The I'm a Celeb co-host hopes his efforts to get in shape will be more successful than his attempt to kick the booze was this month.

Dec, who has launched a podcast with TV partner Ant, said he had made the same the resolution as he did every year.

Dec said: "I've got to get fit and healthy in '26. I was doing dry January. The clue to how it's going was I was doing it. I lasted a week. I thought that was pretty good going."
