PM admits clarity needed ASAP on winter payments
NEW winter fuel payment rules could be announced as soon as next week.
Prime Minister Keir Starmer yesterday admitted that clarity is needed as soon as possible after saying he wants to make more pensioners eligible for it.
Chancellor Rachel Reeves will unveil a spending review next Wednesday, which may include an update on the policy.
