100,000 at service for Trump pal Kirk

Fans gather from dawn to mourn shot right-winger

AN estimated 100,000 mourners packed into an Arizona stadium yesterday for the memorial of assassinated activist Charlie Kirk.

But the service was as much a political show of force as a memorial to the conservative firebrand and Trump ally.

Donald Trump, his Vice President JD Vance and senior cabinet members used the stage to eulogise Kirk.

Trump, seen being comforted by son Eric, was set to frame Kirk’s death as proof conservative voices are under attack.
