Hayleys Aventura launches ASCENT 2030

Hayleys Aventura, the industrial solutions arm of the Hayleys group, recently announced the launch of ASCENT, a comprehensive roadmap designed to embed environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles across the industry inputs and power and energy sectors of the group.

By integrating ESG across subsidiaries including Hayleys Lifesciences (Pvt.) Ltd, Haycolour (Pvt.) Ltd, Hayleys Power Limited, Hayleys Aventura Bangladesh Private Limited, Hayleys Aventura Singapore Pte. Ltd and Innovative Solutions Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd, ASCENT ensures consistent impact across operations.

The ASCENT ESG roadmap is anchored by six action pillars: Advance, Steward, Create, Engage, Nurture and Trust. These articulate Hayleys Aventura’s commitments to environmental stewardship, sustainable product innovation, employee empowerment, stakeholder value creation and strong governance.

The roadmap aligns with the Hayleys group’s ESG aspirations, articulated in the Hayleys Lifecode (the group-wide framework that aligns ESG targets with value creation systems, in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals) and Hayleys Aventura’s corporate purpose: ‘We engineer scientific solutions with sustainable innovation’:
