PEOPLE’S Bank has awarded the grand prize of the “People’s Remittance Vaasi Kotiyai 2024” draw to A.A. Harshanath Chinthaka from Matugama, who received a cash prize of Rs. 2,000,000.

The event was held at the bank’s Head Office in Colombo 2, where People’s Bank Chairman Prof. Narada Fernando, and Chief Executive Officer/ General Manager Clive Fonseka, presented the prize to the lucky winner.

Expressing his gratitude, A.A. Harshanath Chinthaka shared his excitement about being the recipient of this remarkable reward and invited all migrant workers to send their remittances to People’s Bank and be winners.
