You couldn't make it up

WHICH occupation would you guess was being described in the following quote, delivered by a chap who's quite successful at it?

"You are just running at 100 miles an hour every single day, trying to grab a bite to eat and have a p** at the same time. It is really ruthless."

Sounds exhausting, whatever it is, wouldn't you say? Not to mention rather unhygienic. I certainly wouldn't fancy it myself. To be honest, he lost me at "running".
