THIS rather portly balding fellow doesn't appear too surprised to have just been voted the sexiest man alive... again!
Colin Farrell, 46, needed four hours in make-up to be transformed into the supervillain Oswald "Oz" Chesterfield Cobblepot, in the new series of The Penguin.
As well as complex prosthetics for a double chin, facial scars and receding hairline, he wears a long leather coat with a purple blazer to conceal a custom-made fat suit.
