Volunteer police officer raped, 'punched' and sexually assaulted girl

A VOLUNTEER police officer has been found guilty of raping and sexually assaulting a child he groomed online.
Metropolitan Police special constable James Bubb, 27, assaulted the girl in public when she was just 12 years old, shortly before her 13th birthday, a court heard.
He was forced to pull his trousers up after a dog walker went past, the jury was told.
Paranoid
He met the girl on a chat roulette site in 2018 before meeting in person for the first time at a Christian festival a few months later.
The girl said the defendant looked "paranoid" when they were in public together.
He went on to rape and sexually abuse her, with the victim telling police he choked and punched her.
