AFTER 99mph Storm Isha killed three men, battered Britain faces more chaos with a new storm today.

Unrelenting...storms line up to batter Britain

Isha left an estimated 70,000 homes without power, crippling rail, road and electricity networks.  In Bradford, West Yorkshire, a man was found dead yesterday morning after being blown into an open manhole.

And an 84-year-old died when a car hit a fallen tree in Grangemouth, Scotland. In Northern Ireland a man in his 60s was killed in a road crash also caused by a fallen tree in Limavady, County Londonderry.

Parts of the UK saw their strongest winds in 10 to 20 years with gusts hitting 99mph in Northumberland, while the Sellafield nuclear site suspended operations and emergency crews battled flooding and fallen trees. And more chaos is on its way after the Met Office said a new weather front Storm Jocelyn - will affect the UK again until 3pm tomorrow.

Jocelyn will be the tenth named storm in five months and only the second time in a UK storm season that the letter J has been reached in the alphabet with seasons running from September to the end August.
