Real scope for growth

THE PROBLEM of pricing is a perennial, costly one for professional services firms, but tech entrepreneur Tracey Shirtcliff has figured out how to change that.

Using technology developed in-house, Shirtcliff launched the subscriber-based, software-as-a-service (Saas) business eight years ago, focusing on creative agencies.
