Rain won't stop Kate's playtime

Deluge of fans see Princess' new tresses

SUNKISSED Kate yesterday met up with schoolchildren after the summer break but had to take a raincheck on their outdoor activities.

The Princess and her husband Prince William had just joined the youngsters when the heavens suddenly opened.

But they were determined the wet weather wouldn't ruin their visit to the Natural History Museum, so they made a dash for it and spent some time playing and learning indoors instead.

It was their first engagement since the summer holidays and both had a golden glow.

But Kate got to show off her new hair colour.

The sun is thought to have naturally lightened the Princess's chestnut brown tresses to a caramel blonde.
