My breast implants made me happier but now I'm scared

My breasts were droopy and saggy after breastfeeding three children, and 10 years ago I had implants put in.

They now look much better and I've been much happier as a result. I know the implants were silicone, and I've recently read that they have been linked with a form of breast cancer so now I'm worried. Should I have the implants removed?
