A RAPE survivor is fighting for free access to court papers that will help her heal from her trauma.

Juliana Terlizzi was quoted nearly £7,500 for the transcript of her trial and says she feels "used and discarded" by the system.

Meanwhile, her MP, Lib Dem Sarah Olney, has found people are being charged as much as £22,000.

Juliana's nightmare began in 2020 when her former partner, Hubert Greliak, drugged her, tied her up and videoed himself abusing her.

He woke her up and made her watch the film an action he recorded and later threatened to send it to her elderly father.

Greliak was jailed for 18 years in 2022 for charges including rape, sexual assault and theft.
