HOW CAN BANK CHIEF IN FARAGE ROW KEEP JOB?

'Rose is unfit'... calls for bank chief to quit for leaking Farage's account details to BBC reporter
NATWEST boss Alison Rose was clinging on to her £5million a year job last night after admitting she leaked details about Nigel Farage's bank account.
Senior Tories backed the ex-Brexit Party leader in calling for the chief executive to quit for tipping off a BBC journalist.
Mr Farage accused Dame Alison, above, of being "unfit" to be chief executive at NatWest, parent company of Coutts where he held an account, after breaking client confidentiality.
He said on his GB News show: "This is a serious breach. I hadn't said to anybody that the bank I was having trouble with was Coutts...She chose to put it into the public domain with [reporter] Simon Jack. She broke an essential confidence."
Mr Farage also called on NatWest Group chairman Sir Howard Davies and Coutts chief Peter Flavel to quit, as there had been a failure to abide by rules around integrity.
He added: "They are doing their best to prop up Alison Rose, her remuneration will be hit. She might not get the £5.2million she got last year. But it is perfectly clear to me that Peter Flavel, the CEO of Coutts, has not done his job at all.
