Hot to Trott after fear of failure is put to bed

JONATHAN TROTT'S stock is on the rise after he helped mastermind a second historic World Cup victory for Afghanistan.

The head coach, who took over in July last year, was delighted to see his side add an eight-wicket win over bitter rivals Pakistan to their 69-run triumph over England, their first two World Cup victories over Test-playing nations.

And while the players are taking plenty of deserved plaudits, Trott has done his credentials the world of good.

The England jobs held by Brendon McCullum and Matthew Mott will be up for grabs at some point, with the latter's white-ball team under increasing pressure.

And Trott is impressing the man who makes the decisions.

My urge for nightly toilet dashes are now out of control

I'm a 78-year-old woman and lately have been getting up three or four times in the night to use the toilet. It is not too much of a problem but I've noticed that by the time I get there, I have leaked, even though I get up as soon as I need to go. Last night, as I made my way to the bathroom, I wet myself so much it just gushed out of me, which is rather disturbing. I don't have the same in the day although I do feel the need to go, but don't do much. What do you suggest?
