GP faked records of calls to patients

A FAMILY doctor has been suspended after failing to phone patients unable to visit the surgery and faking records to make it look like he rang them.

Dr Zeshan Ali, 45, was said to have put up to eight patients at "real risk of harm".

The locum doctor told his bosses the pandemic meant the patients' needs were "very complex and difficult to manage."
