'Worried' Reform leader pelted with 'wet cement'

NIGEL Farage has vowed he "will not surrender to the mob" after a second attack on the campaign trail.

The Reform UK leader had what he believed to be wet cement thrown at him as he stood on the open top deck of his battle bus in Bradford.

As he waved to the crowd in South Yorkshire, a man in a red hoodie was seen shouting from a work site below, before reaching into a bucket and throwing something else - possibly a cup which also missed.

Workmen then appeared to haul the man from the site and he ran before he was then tackled by police.

But speaking later at a rally in Great Yarmouth last night, Mr Farage said he would not stop because "I actually like going out meeting people".
