Family fight over pirate radio legend's £1.4m will

A PIRATE radio legend's £1.4million legacy is at the centre of a bitter court fight after he left his beauti- cian daughter without a penny.

Roger Howe died aged 55 in 2020 after falling from a window.

He left a £1,447,000 fortune, part of which was tied up in his engi- neering firm BW Broadcast.

But Roger, who played a big part in the urban pirate and independent radio scene, wrote his only child, Jenna, 37, out of his 2017 will.

Traumatised

He said the beautician was "lazy, grabbing and bad to my parents" and told a pal he felt "jubilation... making sure that [she] never gets a penny of mine".

Jenna, who is said to be "desti- tute" and recovering from drug addiction, has now launched a claim for £443,000 "reasonable provi- sion" out of her dad's estate at Central London County Court.
