Disabled are getting angry, says advocate Isaac MBE

MINISTERS have been accused of not being on the side of disabled people after cuts to welfare support were confirmed yesterday.
Isaac Harvey, 29, who has no upper limbs and the twisted spine condition scoliosis, was made an MBE for his advocacy for the disabled community.
But he says his joy at receiving the gong from King Charles has been diminished by his "draining" experience of social care.
His struggle to secure 24-hour care has unfolded against the backdrop of a Government clampdown on the benefits system, with 1.2 million people set to lose support of up to £6,300 by 2029-30.
