Corriedale brought jaw-dropping shocks, not least the return of the late Graham Foster. Emmerdale’s Andrew Scarborough tells us more
-
Graham Foster is back in Emmerdale - six years after he was brutally killed off in a rivetting whodunnit.
Actor Andrew Scarborough reprised his role as the Home Farm henchman during the Corriedale crossover earlier this month. The last time fans saw Graham, he was lying dead in the woods. The night before he had been run over by evil love rival Pierce Harris, who then threw him off a cliff and bludgeoned him before covering his body with leaves. Now fans have learned how Graham survived the attack, faking his death with the help of a friend from his SAS days.
Andrew, 52, was just as surprised about Graham's return from the dead as viewers were, but he said he always hoped a comeback might happen.
"It was a complete surprise," he says. "I never expected it at all. Although saying that I did think that Graham always had a possibility of coming back. He was a highly trained SAS operative. He was used to smoke and mirrors. Graham has been highly trained to do certain things like to hold one's breath when diving, to remain motionless when being trained as a sniper. Plus he is very highly connected with some of the institutions like the government and high-ranking police. I always presumed that if anybody could come back from the dead - he could."
