Arsonist guilty of killing mum and two daughters

A MAN who killed a mother and two children by setting fire to their flat has been found guilty of murder.

Jamie Barrow torched the home of Fatoumatta Hydara and daughters Fatimah and Naeemah Drammeh last November by pouring petrol through their letterbox.

Prosecutors told Nottingham Crown Court that Barrow, who lived in the neighbouring flat in the city, had a "grievance" over rubbish being left in an alleyway.

He watched the fire take hold while ignoring screams coming from inside.

Fatimah, three, and Naeemah, one, died in the blaze, Their 28-year-old mother died two days later, with all three succumbing to smoke inhalation.
