PRINCESS Anne set the pace once again at Cheltenham yesterday by wearing a 27-yearold double breasted red coat.
The 73-year-old, whose devotion to old favourites once raised eyebrows, is now the height of sustainable fashion.
Her red coat debuted on a visit to Marwell Zoological Park, Hants, in May 1997 and was back on parade at St George's Barracks in Bicester, Oxon, last month.
And Anne's green credentials delighted Cheltenham chiefs as the new Style Wednesday - replacing Ladies' Day - was themed around sustainable fashion.

A source said: "It was great to see the Princess Royal supporting the sustainable fashion initiative on Gold Cup Day."
