A woof day at the office

THEY'RE not given the most promising of spaces to work with on this week's INTERIOR DESIGN MASTERS WITH ALAN CARR (BBC1, 8pm).

Each designer (of which six remain in this competition) must transform an area barely 15 metres square. They're the tiniest rooms so far.

Not only that, but each has an ugly concrete column down their middle (each room, not each designer) and no natural light.

One contestant, taking a closer look at the one she's been allocated, even finds chunks chewed out of the wall. Yes, really.
