51 killed as Putin strikes hospital and army school

AT least 51 people were killed yesterday when Russian missiles hit a Ukraine military education base and a nearby hospital.
President Volodymyr Zelensky said a further 219 were wounded in the city of Potlava in one of the deadliest attacks since the war began.
At least 18 were left trapped beneath the rubble after the strike on the Institute of Communications and a desperate search for survivors was under way last night.
Potlava regional leader Philip Pronin immediately announced a three-day period of mourning.
It is understood the strikes came during a line-up at the military unit known as A3990.
