WE TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT NEW KID ON THE FITNESS TRACKER BLOCK HAS TO OFFER
KEEPING fit is big business these days. No longer will a simple stopwatch do - now you need a device that'll track not just your speed and distance, but loads of other metrics, like calories burned and VO2 max.
There are a few ways to go with this if you want to up your game, and the latest effort out of the blocks this week is the Whoop 5 fitness tracker.
This is not a smart watch, although you can wear it on your wrist - it's just a fitness tracker, and a very powerful one at that. The sensors on board track all the relevant data by taking readings 26 times per second.
