Norris excited to build on side's winning momentum

GLASTONBURY racer Lando Norris is excited to return to Formula One action with the Canadian Grand Prix at the weekend.
-
Norris finished second last time out in Spain in a McLaren one-two behind teammate and current World Championship leader Oscar Piastri.
The race around the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve is round ten of the 2025 campaign, with McLaren winning seven of the nine races so far. Red Bull driver and current World Champion Max Verstappen has won the other two.
That is the same amount as Norris, who currently sits ten points adrift of Piastri at the top of the standings. With Verstappen a further 39 points behind following his ten-second penalty for seemingly intentionally driving into Mercedes' George Russell in Barcelona, it would appear at the near halfway stage of the campaign that the drivers' title is heading to Team Papaya in one form or another.
