TTD Chairman BR Naidu, in a press statement released on Sunday, condemned the remarks made by former TTD Executive Officer and senior IAS officer LV Subramanyam, who had criticized the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (Al) technology at the TTD.

The TTD Chairman stated that the TTD board, after careful deliberation, decided to use advanced Al technology with the free support of organizations like Google and TCS. The primary goal is to address the issues faced by devotees in the queue complexes and ensure that they receive darshan within a stipulated time.
