Protect the Constitution and Uphold Secular Democracy - CPI Leader Jyothi

The rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Indian Constitution are being denied to the common people, said Nedunuri Jyothi, General Secretary of the CPI Reception Committee.

Speaking at a party meeting in Madipally village, Hasanparthi mandal on Saturday, she emphasized that the promises of equality, liberty, and fraternity enshrined in the Constitution remain elusive for the poor, Dalits, and Bahujans even today. “Voicing dissent is now branded as anti-national or labelled as urban naxalism,” she remarked, criticizing the government for suppressing democratic voices.
