Procession of Chinna Sesha Vahanam with Lord Malayappa Swamy in Guruvayur Sri Krishna Alankaram

The nine-day annual Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavam at Tirumala continued with traditional splendor this morning on the second day of the festival, as the processional deity of Sri Malayappa Swamy was borne on the Chinna Sesha Vahanam.

The Utsava Murti (processional idol), beautifully decorated in the form of Guruvayur Sri Krishna, provided a mesmerizing darshan to the assembled devotees. The five-hooded Chinna Sesha Vahanam was taken out in a grand procession along the Mada streets surrounding the main temple.
