Language is the definition of our decency and personality. Language is the core of our culture, rites and advancement. Language is our aesthetic. Language is invaluable contribution to the development of human civilization. Just as a bad culture cannot build a civilized society, an unrestrained language also pushes our civilization into a deep trough. A good language is our rite. Just as we need air to live, the dynamics of life and good language are required for universal development. We may have all the modern facilities in the world, but life philosophy is unmatchable in the absence of language. It is necessary to have a cultured language to build the nation.
-
Language is the mirror of our personality. When we speak in the osseous style, our language makes our personality unique.
Acharya Ramchandra Shukla considered the language as a mirror of culture and society. Decency and poise in the language reflect the moral values of the society. According to him, the use of language should be such that conveys ideas clearly and effectively, but at the same time he maintains respect and sensitivity to others. Ancient Indian philosopher Panini Bhartihari presented the language in Sanskrit grammar and philosophy as a medium of world understanding and spiritual consciousness.
