How Caitlin Hood took back the power anxiety stole from her

FOR many people who spend their lives online, confidence looks effortless.
But fitness influencer and content creator Caitlin Hood has revealed that behind the smiles and bubbly personality her followers know today was a young woman fighting a private battle with anxiety.
Appearing on the She's Gutsy Podcast, Hood opened up about how anxiety once had such a grip on her life that it dictated how she interacted with people and even how she saw herself.
"I was giving my anxiety power over my life," she admitted.
Looking back, Hood explained that she didn't realise at the time that she was slowly losing parts of herself. It wasn't until later that she understood she needed to reclaim the confidence anxiety had taken away.
