St Neots 'can keep on rising'
Cambridge News
|April 11, 2025
ST NEOTS Town boss Cameron Mawer insists he has "no doubt this club will continue to move forward" after his side sealed promotion back to Step Four.
The Saints have secured the United Counties League Premier Division South title with three matches to spare, with Mawer's side having registered 81 points from 33 games played, to sit 11 points clear at the top of the division.
St Neots round off their season with a trip to Hinckley tomorrow and a double header against G.N.G Oadby Town and Eynesbury Rovers next weekend.
After that they will embark on a Step Four campaign next term after two years at the level below.
With one promotion achieved, Mawer is eyeing a second over the coming years, with the manager saying: "We only want to move forward now - now we've turned the ship around and it's going in the right direction.
"With the support of the fans and the support of the football club, I have no doubt this club will continue to move forward, and I'm loving being part of it.
