National recognition for city market team

THE team behind Cambridge Market has been praised at a national award ceremony for its “innovation, inclusivity, and bold initiatives”.

The National Association of British Market Authorities (NABMA) held its annual Market Awards last week (Tuesday, September 23).

The awards look at markets across Britain and highlight the teams and individuals “whose dedication, creativity, and service continue to shape and strengthen markets”.

The Cambridge Markets Team was named as one of the ‘Large Market Teams of the Year’ owing to its work empowering young people, integrating AI into its communication strategy, and championing sustainability.
