Trade talks with US on fast track, says Goyal

The India-US trade deal discussions are progressing swiftly with an objective of finding a mutually beneficial common ground, Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal indicated on Monday, even as officials steering the negotiations landed in Washington for fresh weeklong parleys with American counterparts.

"Trade talks between the two nations are going at a fast pace, in the spirit of mutual cooperation, so that we can come out with a win-win agreement," Goyal said on the sidelines of an event on the 'One District One Product' programme.
