The journey began when founder Allen Andre B. Suarez explored the vibrant food hubs of London and New York, seeking inspiration. While walking through the renowned Brick Lane in East London, he encountered a “London-style” filled doughnut—dense, artisan-crafted, and generously filled with rich cream. Unlike the mass-produced doughnuts familiar in the Philippines, these were rich in both flavor and experience.
