Burton Mail
|February 03, 2026
EAST Midlands Railway has secured its tenth consecutive UK Top Employer certification for 2026 from the Top Employers Institute.
Operated by Transport UK, the award reflects a group-wide culture across EMR "where leaders are trusted and empowered to maintain a high performance".
EMR says it has long-term commitment to creating a high-performing, inclusive and supportive workplace, where employees are at the heart of both operational and organisational excellence.
The Top Employer Certification independently validates organisations that demonstrate excellence in their people practices and HR strategies.
