A TOWN in North West Leicestershire is gearing up for a festive extravaganza this weekend.

The annual Christmas in Coalville celebration is returning on Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
Festive stalls will be scattered throughout the Belvoir Shopping Centre, Newmarket and Marlborough Square, offering an array of local food, drink and produce, traditional festive gifts and handcrafted wares.
Coalville will be filled with live music and entertainment, street theatre, performers and the Christmas lights switch-on.
